Wellness RETREAT
Our wellness retreats go beyond health and fitness; they provide opportunities to revel in the joys and wonders of travel! We will create meaningful experiences and memories through exploration and connection while engaging in activities that foster self-development, relaxation, and, of course, fun!
RETREAT PROGRAMS
Intermediate Adventures
Up to 3-day, 2-night excursion to a local retreat. Our journey will begin on Friday, and we’ll travel by car to local destinations such as “Wild and Wonderful” West Virginia, where we’ll enjoy some of the best night sky views on the East Coast.
Week-long Adventures
We’ll leave on Saturday, and begin our journey by traveling to one of our specially selected locations in the continental United States. Like our intermediate experience, we’ll have structured pre-planned activities, but we’ll also save some time for some spur-of-the-moment adventures.
International Adventures
A 10-day journey will begin with a flight to a foreign country. We will help you adapt to a new culture with ease, allowing us to experience more remote places for a fuller and more authentic experience.

Amad’s motto: Life is about connecting, seeing the world, and being involved with the world. Let's do it together!
Founder / Adventure Wellness Guide
AMAD SIDDIQUEE
Amad was born in Saudi Arabia to Bangladeshi immigrant parents. At the age of five, they moved to the United States. Immigrating at a young age forced him to rapidly adapt to a new country and culture; living in section 8 housing, dealing with academic challenges, and enduring hazing by gangs and bullies.
For a long time, life was a struggle, until he met people who came from similar backgrounds of adversity and whose dreams and aspirations complimented his own. Connecting with like-minded people gave Amad the push he needed to begin to pursue his goals, and together, they grew, learned, and prospered. Amad led this group of young kids, facing adverse situations, as they worked on their fitness and minds, and eventually the need to connect to higher values & principles.
Amad’s first experience of community is what lit the spark of his passion for unity. Such collaborations have instilled in him a sense of belonging, and they have driven him to accomplish goals that previously seemed unattainable. Such as bringing connection & a sense of belonging, to all.
Since then, that spark of passion has grown into a roaring flame and ChiRevival was born. The primary mission of ChiRevival is to help others discover a unique community where they can be inspired, guided, and mentored through their quest for well-being. We achieve this through play, adventure, and wellness practices!
Amad has helped over 500 individuals attain various levels of wellness through his career as a personal trainer, health Coach, and yoga teacher. Some client successes include:
Jareer lost 75 pounds in 6 months to win the Golds Gym’s Biggest Loser challenge.
Sean was accepted into a top-tier college for tennis.
Hisham celebrating his 83rd birthday stronger than he was at his 73rd.
Amad’s versatility in training young and old, athletes and deconditioned people reach higher levels of wellness is remarkable and makes him a highly sought-after coach.
As a certified health coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher, management graduate, and over a decade in the wellness field, Amad has the knowledge, the experience, and the drive to help a variety of people navigate a multitude of challenges that may arise throughout their lives. His experience working in the corporate world of finance and IT prior to starting his businesses, enables him to understand the busy lives of professionals so his approach is balanced and broad.
Retreat Coordinator
Liz Kurila
Hello, beautiful world! My name is Liz and I love to explore the various ways of bringing wellness, lightness, and joy to life, for me and to others.
I’m a curious kinda gal. I love to challenge myself with different types of exercise and movement. I’ve run a marathon, tried crew in college, and competed in triathlons, but now mostly enjoy power yoga and group fitness in functional resistance training.
My love for preventive healthcare lead me to earn a degree in Health Science from JMU and a health coach certificate from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’ve completed my 200-hour yoga training and I’m working on my 300-hour yoga training right now.
I consistently experiment with food and nutrition to see what makes me feel the MOST uplifted, given what my activity levels are for the season.
Professionally, I’ve worked as a massage therapist for about 20 years. It’s been an awesome career to be part of my clientele’s health and self-care team.
Now, I assist ChiRevival on wellness retreats to have fun, connect with like-minded individuals, and assist others in their visions for living a life full of energy and fulfillment.
“The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”
– Eleanor Roosevelt
