Weekly sessions offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays:

Yoga

Yoga classes taught outdoors. We’ll be focusing on restorative poses, self-reflection, and breathing techniques, all to help cultivate mindfulness.

 

Functional training

An alternative to traditional gym training. Functional training sessions develop our muscles to support us in the many ways that we move, both outdoors and in our everyday lives. We’ll be learning how to balance on unfamiliar equipment and surfaces, run and jump with proper form to prevent injury, and adapt to the challenges of a new and changing environment, all to facilitate functional fitness.

Outdoorsmanship

For those who have never gone camping or are intimidated by the thought of spending the night in the outdoors alone. A group camping program where we’ll cover basic nature safety and hiking tips such as how to pack a backpack, how to pitch a tent, and much more.
