Come join us for a peaceful and adventurous retreat. This 3-day trip will consist of mindful hiking, restorative yoga, digital detoxing, meditation/breathing exercises, cozy campfires, starry nights, and making new friends throughout the entire experience!

• Energizing yoga every morning & restorative yin yoga every evening.

• Daily activities & games to build camaraderie among your fellow guests.
Hosts, instructors, guides, meals, lodging, and gear have been taken care of. All you need to do is show up with comfortable attire and an adventurous attitude!

9:30pm - 10:30pm Yin (Relaxing) Yoga
Day 2 | Saturday
7:30am - 8am Check-in
8am - 9am Vinyasa Yoga
9:15am - 10am Breakfast
10:30am - 3pm Hike Spruce Knob & Lunch Picnic
3pm - 6pm Siesta/Downtime (optional massage/recovery session)
6pm - 7pm Dinner & Wellness Session
9:30pm - 10 pm Yin (Relaxing) (optional Hot tub time)

7:30am - 8 am Rise & Gather (Orient Day with Warm drinks)
8 am - 9 am Hatha/Vinyasa Energizing Yoga Flow
