Come join us for a peaceful and adventurous retreat. This 3-day trip will consist of mindful hiking, restorative yoga, digital detoxing, meditation/breathing exercises, cozy campfires, starry nights, and making new friends throughout the entire experience!

• Healthy meals are included and chosen for their flavor/nutrition

• Energizing yoga every morning & restorative yin yoga every evening.

• Forest bathing activity— Mindful hiking using all five senses to connect with nature and its undeniable power of healing.

• Daily activities & games to build camaraderie among your fellow guests.

Hosts, instructors, guides, meals, lodging, and gear have been taken care of. All you need to do is show up with comfortable attire and an adventurous attitude!

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservation is fully refundable if canceled at least 10 days before arrival. 

  • True emergencies leading to cancellation in less than 10 days will have the option of either a 10% restocking fee and money returned or 100% of paid amount going towards the next retreat cost.

Other Retreat Program


Intro to Adventures

A 1-day retreat at my abode near the beautiful Blue Ridge mountain range. Starting at 10 am Saturday, we’ll engage in wellness activities outdoors. Then, we’ll have dinner by the campfire and enjoy some well-earned play.

Activities include hiking Bear’s Den and/or Raven’s Rock, attending local wineries and breweries after the hike, practicing yoga outdoors, playing with farm animals, making music by the campfire, having conversations under the stars, and much more.

 
 
 

Intermediate Adventures

For people who are ready for a little more:

A 3-day, 2-night excursion to a local retreat. Our journey will begin on Friday, and we’ll travel by car to local destinations such as “Wild and Wonderful” West Virginia, where we’ll enjoy some of the best night sky views on the East Coast.

Friday will be an orientation day. We will hike to the highest point in West Virginia to view the sunset, and then we’ll return to have dinner by the campfire. We’ll kick off Saturday with the ChiRevival morning priming routine, which includes Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, and journaling. After that, we will have a healthy breakfast before we embark on our adventure of the day. After the day’s journey, we will return again for campfire and dinner festivities. Sunday will be similar, and we will explore some special local spots as well. Then, we’ll wind things down on Monday with some well-earned rest and recovery, as well as a ChiRevival special send-off.

 

Week-long adventures

For those who are ready for a longer, more immersive excursion:

We’ll leave on Saturday, and begin our journey by traveling to one of our specially selected locations in the continental United States. Like our intermediate experience, we’ll have structured pre-planned activities, but we’ll also save some time for some spur-of-the-moment adventures.

Our days will be structured in a way that maximizes adventure while maintaining an emphasis on rest and recovery. We will have one day of stimulating adventure followed by a day of relaxation to promote healing.

 

International Adventures

The ultimate adventure experience:

An 10-day journey that will begin with a flight to a foreign country. We will help you adapt to a new culture with ease, allowing us to experience more remote places for a fuller traveling experience.

Like our intermediate and week-long excursions, we’ll have structured pre-planned activities to maximize our time, while still allowing the space and time for rest and relaxation.
